Compare the item with its listing photos and description. For collectibles, check authenticity, condition, serial numbers and any grading details before confirming.
For local exchanges, choose a Wantiva-listed official trading zone or approved partner venue whenever one is available. Confirm current access conditions with the venue and agree on the time and place in the transaction workspace.
When shipping is selected, use a trackable service and retain the parcel receipt. Never post addresses, tracking numbers or personal contact details publicly.
Use a unique password, verify the site address before signing in and never share a password, recovery code or payment verification code with another member.
Use the report option on a listing or member profile if something appears fraudulent, abusive, counterfeit or intended to bypass Wantiva safeguards.
