Wantiva lets members post items without an asking price, discover listings, send private cash or trade offers, and coordinate an accepted transaction. Wantiva is not the seller of member-listed items. The buyer and seller are responsible for the description, condition, lawful ownership, delivery and any agreement they make with each other.

Posting and browsing are currently free. Wantiva does not currently charge a commission on an underlying offer or trade. A separate paid placement product may be introduced later under its own disclosed terms; it is not available for purchase under these terms.

Available payment and fulfilment choices are shown for each offer and transaction. Some flows are still being developed and may not be available. A shipping estimate is not a guaranteed carrier price; a tracked service must be selected where shipping is offered. International quotes may be unavailable until customs information and supported routes are in place.

For a local exchange, use a safe public place, inspect the item, and follow the agreed payment method. A location listed by Wantiva is not a guarantee of personal safety, item authenticity or transaction success. Never treat an unimplemented or unavailable Wantiva payment screen as proof that payment was received.

Members retain rights in their photos and descriptions and grant Wantiva a non-exclusive licence to host, display and technically process that content to operate the marketplace. Wantiva may investigate and preserve relevant records, but does not guarantee resolution of a dispute between members.

The order of ordinary search results depends on the chosen sort and the matching filters. If paid placement launches, qualifying results may appear in a limited leading position and will be labelled as sponsored; a paid placement will not bypass the selected filters.
